не работает блютуз

Добрый день!Требуется помощь.У меня на ноуте HP Pavilion g7 с ОС 17 Mate 64 bit не работает блютуз,пишет адаптер не найден.Blueman установлен.Тут недавно ставился такой вопрос но я не разобрался,мне надо подробней.
